We have had another wonderful and successful trip to the Pine Ridge to serve the Lakota people. On Friday we held the Veteran’s devotional and meal at the Veteran’s Shelter with about 35 in attendance.
Saturday with the help of Ken Bradley from Kids Against Hunger, and three other gentlemen from Avon, Colorado, 65 mattresses, 300 pounds of food, 70 loaves of bread and some household goods were given to needy families. In addition, 70 pounds of meat was delivered to a needy family whose home burned down to the ground on Christmas Eve.
Sunday saw 40 people in attendance for church services. We are blessed to have been able to serve so many people and minister to them on Sunday.
